Water Infrastructure in Saskatchewan Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) operates a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure in southwest Saskatchewan. The projects, constructed from the 1930s to 1960s, remain the responsibility of AAFC and is operated at the direction of the Saskatchewan Watershed Authority.
